All of our gear is fully customizable with your branding and logo. Simply provide us with your logo, and we will create a mockup for your approval. Once you approve the design, we will give you ample time to gather sizes and quantities from your club members. When you're ready to place your order, we'll start the manufacturing process, and you can typically expect to receive your order within four weeks.
Academy Rash Guard
All of our rash guards are constructed with industry-leading 260 GSM, 87/13 polyester and spandex fabric, providing maximum protection, durability, and evaporation. Reinforced, flat-lock stitching on all seams ensures durability and comfort. The raglan sleeves allow comfortable movement, while the elastic waistband with a rubber hem keeps the rash guard securely in place. Sublimated graphics ensure your logo is showcased. Available in both short and long sleeves, we offer the lowest prices on the market for rash guards of this quality.
Academy Gi
Our IBJJF-approved gis feature a one-piece jacket with no seam on the back. This design not only enhances comfort during training but also ensures durability, as it eliminates weak points that could tear or fray. The gi includes triple-reinforced stitching at all stress points, a 480 GSM 100% cotton single-weave jacket, 300 GSM 100% cotton rip-stop pants, and reinforced knee pads. Instead of patches, we embroider the gi with your high-quality logo, which offers a cleaner, more vibrant, and durable finish. We offer a wide range of colors and can add liners upon request. Wide range of sizes including regular, long, heavy, curvy, and kids.
Academy "No Velcro" Shorts
We believe that the designers of grappling shorts with Velcro closures don't train. Our shorts are made from ultra-lightweight, 4-way stretch fabric and feature NO VELCRO. They have a 7-inch inseam, 360-degree stretch panels, and a crotch gusset for unrestricted movement.
Hats
Our hats feature a 3-dimensional PVC patch with your custom logo that is durable, fade-free, and waterproof. The hat is a durable snapback trucker hat (one-size-fits-all) with a 6-panel, mid-profile, structured crown; and the pre-curved bill offers a fashion-forward look. We offer 20+ bill/crown and mesh color combinations.
Spats
A premium tight constructed with industry-leading 270 GSM fabric. Features a 2" enclosed waistband that is comfortable and stays in place during hard training. Reinforced, flat-lock stitching on all seams ensures durability and comfort. Opaque fabric that, even when heavily stretched, has no transparent areas. All graphics are fully sublimated and will not fade or crack over time. Compression fit for maximum range of motion.
The "Camel-No" Women's Spat
Say goodbye to muffin tops, camel toe, transparent leggings, and cellulite; and say "NO!" to camel toe.
Our women's spat features a seamless crotch with a carefully placed gusset that prevents printing and maximizes concealment of your privates. Our industry-leading 270 GSM fabric features targeted compression to accentuate and enhance the physique while smoothing and concealing imperfections. The high-waist, tummy-controlling, compressive waistband is visually appealing, comfortable, and stays in place during hard training.
Women's Shorts

They have a 3.5-inch inseam, 360-degree stretch panels, vented thigh slit, and a crotch gusset for unrestricted movement. These are the most comfortable shorts you will every wear.
Custom Academy T-Shirts
A classic fit using a 60/40 ringspun cotton and polyester blend for a comfortable, soft texture. Your logo is printed and applied directly onto the fabric using specialized inkjet technology and water-based inks, creating vibrant, durable, and long-lasting prints.
